Customer service is a lost art but I’ll tell you where you can find it. Right here at this shop. The gentlemen who work here are kind, efficient, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. My daughter recommended them to me and she was spot on. I highly recommend this place for the ladies who are tired of having their electronics repair being served with a side of condescension.

From the moment I walked into the store I was addressed with GREAT ENERGY! Very polite and wanting to really help. I needed a new HDMI installed in my husband’s PS5 I bought it in 10am in the morning and it was done before 4pm! The staff was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and informative! I ended up even getting a full detail cleaning of the PS5 For such a good price in addition to the HDMI replacement . When I picked the console up it looked BRAND NEW! Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE recommend 5/5stars!
